MOONPEBBLE is here. Yay! To find her make sure that you accept the mission called Arrival of Moonpebble. You need to look around Dizzywood for her.
Don’t worry she is easy to spot. She is a giant blue flying unicorn! Look for her in Tanglevine Jungle. You need to have the levitation power so if you don’t have it yet walk through the pillars to get it and then fly over the river to find her. Look towards the bottom part of Tanglevine near the other pillars (the invisibility ones). She will be waiting there for you. Click on her to talk and complete the mission. You get 100 coins and I think there will be another mission for her tomorrow.
